Chicago, IL - April 5th, 2022 - As the founders of KLOTOFY, we recently had the exciting opportunity to participate in the Dell for Startups annual pitch competition in Chicago. Our startup has developed a fashion discovery app called KLOTOFY, and we were one of eight selected startups to pitch our company to a panel of judges.
The competition focused on supporting entrepreneurs in the creative industries at all stages of growth, and during the event, we had three minutes to showcase our fashion discovery app to the panel of judges. We were thrilled to be able to share our vision for KLOTOFY, and we were in good company, as other competitors were impressive and creative startups.
The panel of judges included notable members of the Chicago startup community, such as Scott Fetters from 2112, Abin Kuriakose from World Business Chicago, Amira Khatib from Bluestein Ventures, and Alexis Svenson from the British Consulate. Although we didn't win the first or second place prize of $10,000 and $5,000 in Dell Advantage Rewards, respectively, we felt fortunate to have participated and networked with other entrepreneurs in the creative industries.
The event was a great way for us to showcase our fashion discovery app and to connect with other entrepreneurs in the creative industries. We're grateful to Dell for Startups for hosting this event and for supporting startups like ours. We've also made available a recording of our pitch from the Dell for Startups annual pitch competition here:

Event sponsors for the Dell for Startups annual pitch competition included Dell for Startups, 2112, World Business Chicago, the Center for Creative Entrepreneurship, and MediaTech Ventures. Additionally, we were delighted to have beverage sponsors like SYSTEM Seltzers, Catan Pisco, El Nacimiento Tequila, Heywell, and Hellowater.
